Shipping & Delivery
We aim to despatch within 48 hours of recieving your order providing all items are in stock. You will be informed of any items out of stock by phone or email, if these items are no longer required we will remove them from the order and issue a refund.
Please allow extra time for despatch at holiday periods such as Easter, Christmas etc.
Privacy & Security are seriously commited to the privacy and security of your personal information.

What information do we collect when you register and how do we use it? 
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address and delivery address. This allows us to process your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.
Your billing address should be the one your credit/debit card is registerd too if paying by Paypal or Nochex.

We also ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. If there is a delivery problem we sometimes give the number to our carriers so they can contact you to arrange delivery. 

When you enter a competition, we may ask you for your name, address and e-mail address so that we can administer the competition and notify winners. Whilst we may post the name and town of any winners on our site, we would never divulge any of their other details. 

We may also use the information we collect to send you or e-mail you special offers, changes to the website and other valuable information. If you do not wish to receive our e-mail promotions please uncheck the newsletter box in your User Profile, or use the unsubscribe link on any marketing e-mail you receive. 

Will disclose the information it collects to outside parties? 

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with reputable third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to

Returns & Replacements
Should any part of your order be incorrect or damaged please notify us by either post or email so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible for you.
Please note goods are not sent on approval.

A record of all orders placed and current status can be viewed by login in to 'My Account' and selecting 'My Orders' on your account dashboard.
